We are looking to recruit an outstanding Teaching and Pupil Support Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. We seek individuals with a passion for working with complex but rewarding children. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals, taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidates will demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support teachers and increase achievement for all pupils, including the use of effective behavior regulation strategies in line with the school’s policies and procedures.

About the role
Vision for Education is seeking a patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a popular school in Plymouth. This role involves working across all key stages with children who need extra support. The position is varied and includes working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. This is a long-term role with potential to become permanent.
