The School and Role
The school is an all-age special school for pupils aged 4 – 18 with a wide range of learning difficulties. This includes moderate or severe learning difficulties; speech, language, and communication needs; some medical difficulties; and an all-age specialist autism provision. You will be supporting pupils on their learning journey and must be willing to work from 8:30 to 15:30 in any age group.
The desired Teaching Assistant will have
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Experience working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for supporting the progress of SEMH pupils
- The ability to work as part of a team
