We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant in Durham to join a inclusive and supportive team. No formal qualifications or prior classroom experience are necessary—just a strong willingness to learn and a genuine desire to support pupils with additional needs. Here at Vision we run the National Teaching Assistant Program in order to help individuals start their career in Education without any prior experience.
Requirements
The desired Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant will have;
A desire and willingness to learn.
An open mind with a passion for helping children and vulnerable adults.
An ability to work as part of a team.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pupils with emotional and behavioural needs.
A DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to get one
