Role Responsibilities
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management

- Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, autism, and additional learning needs

Requirements
To be considered for a Trainee Teaching Assistant role, you will:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and young people
- Be patient, proactive, and reliable
- Work well as part of a team
- Have recent and relevant experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- Be willing to undertake training as part of our National Teaching Assistant Programme
Qualifications are desirable but not essential. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
