The School and Role
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming South Tyneside Infant School, working across EYFS and KS1. This rewarding three-day-per-week role involves delivering lessons, leading targeted interventions, and supporting children’s learning and development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping every pupil reach their full potential within a supportive and inclusive school community. Previous experience with the Little Wandle phonics scheme would be highly advantageous.
Requirements
The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;
Experience of working with primary school aged children.
Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
An ability to work as part of a team.
