Vision for Education is excited to partner with a well-respected school in Newcastle, seeking graduates to join us as Cover Supervisors. This role is a fantastic stepping stone, whether you\’re considering a career in teaching or exploring different industries. With opportunities for flexible daily supply work or longer fixed-term contracts, you\’ll develop essential skills while making a real impact.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you\’ll take the lead in classrooms of around 30 pupils when the regular teacher is absent. There\’s no need to be a subject expert—lesson plans will be provided! Your focus will be on facilitating learning, managing the classroom, taking registers, and ensuring a smooth handover to the teacher.
No prior teaching experience? No problem! Our exclusive Cover Supervisor Training Programme will give you the skills and confidence to succeed.
