A Primary School situated in the West End of Newcastle are looking to employ an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work full-time from September 2026. The successful TA will be working as part of a dedicated team to offer a mix of general and 1:1 support alongside the class teacher and other support staff. This is a long-term role, likely to continue for the full academic year, with potential to turn permanent.

Requirements

  • Have experience of supporting in Early Years.
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
  • Be able to support pupils through offering differentiated learning.
  • Have excellent knowledge of supporting children with SEND.
