Vision for Education is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a large Early Years setting across Nursery and Reception. The role includes providing classroom support, assisting with daily routines, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. Some 1:1 SEN support may be required. A relevant Level 3 qualification and recent EYFS experience are essential, and a first aid qualification is desirable.

The desired TA will have:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification/ L3 TA qualification
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
