The School and Role
On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly school in Bishop Auckland, DL14. Working as part of an established team, the Teaching Assistant will be supporting a KS2 child who has additional needs, and is non-verbal. The role would be full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm. Experience working with SEND would be essential. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEN
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
