Vision for Education is delighted to be working with a supportive secondary school in Newcastle, who are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.
This role offers opportunities for daily supply, long-term placements or fixed-term contracts, depending on your availability and the needs of the school.
About the Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support students who require additional help managing their behaviour and engagement in school.
You will play a key role in helping pupils remain focused in lessons, develop positive relationships and build confidence in their learning.
This role may involve working with individuals or small groups of students both inside and outside of the classroom, providing guidance, encouragement and support to help them succeed in a school environment.
