About the Role
- Lead classes of 25–30 pupils in the absence of the class teacher
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects
- Maintain classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Take accurate registers and follow school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons
You do not need to be a subject specialist. All lesson plans and materials are provided, allowing you to focus on engagement, classroom management, and supporting student learning.
