Vision for Education are seeking an experienced Youth Worker to work in a primary and secondary school that caters to students with Autism, Learning difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
About the role:
- The Youth Worker will be supporting young people with Special educational needs on a one-to-one basis.
- Building a strong rapport with the student to encourage them to attend and thrive in school.
- Following the guidance of the teacher but knowing the student well enough to deal with any conflicts.
- Working 8:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday.
- Working term time only for the full academic year.
