We are recruiting passionate and resilient individuals to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a specialist Birmingham school. Kitts Green Academy is a specialist SEMH provision supporting boys aged 6–16 who require additional behavioural and emotional support to succeed in education. The school is seeking enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join their dedicated support team and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
Using your experience of motivating young people through sport, you will support pupils to develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive relationships both inside and outside of the classroom. Your role will involve supporting lessons, encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour and delivering structured activities that help pupils achieve both academically and socially.
