Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tutor supporting learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes that meet individual student needs
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to support a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals
- Support students’ emotional wellbeing and promote independence
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Experience working with SEND students (preferred)
- Patience and strong communication skills

About you:
To be considered for the Tutor role, you will:
- Hold suitable qualifications, QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching experience
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
