Vision for Education - Midlands are working with Birmingham SEND-focused schools seeking an experienced SENCO to lead strategic SEND provision, coordinate EHCPs, and raise attainment for pupils with SEND.

The post requires a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS/QTLS) with NPQ for SENCOs, resilience, creativity, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; you will collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to drive inclusive practice.
