Salary - £92.56 - £110 per day (dependant on experience and job role)

Vision for Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis conducting 1:1 support with a pupil in Year 2 with behavioural needs and an EHCP. This will be working within a mainstream Primary School. There is more than one vacancy available, so we are looking for candidates to work in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

About you:

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

  • Have previous experience working with primary-aged children and students with a range of special educational needs
  • Hold suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND, this is highly desirable
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
  • Be able to work as part of a team and be confident dealing with occasional behavioural challenges
  • Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check
