Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to work within an all throughschool, supporting students with autism to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Role: Deliver tailored one-to-one and small-group support for students with autism, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Support students in accessing the curriculum while fostering independence and confidence in their learning.

Encourage the development of emotional regulation, social skills, and effective communication strategies.

Collaborate closely with teachers, SEND professionals, and external agencies to provide consistent and effective support.

Implement individualised learning and support plans designed to meet each student s unique needs.

Track, monitor, and record student progress, contributing to ongoing assessment and development.

Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where all students feel safe, valued, and supported.
