Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1-1 Classroom Support to work within a school in Birmingham.
The role:
- Provide focused 1:1 support to pupils in the classroom, helping them with their academic work as well as their emotional and social development.
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised activities that reflect each pupil’s abilities, interests, and individual needs, adapting materials whenever required.
- Work effectively alongside teachers and other professionals across the school to ensure smooth and consistent support.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment, helping both pupils and staff when needed.
- Keep up to date with each pupil’s routines and support requirements to promote a calm, stable, and consistent school day.

- To be considered for the 1-1 Classroom Support role, you will hold suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
