About the role As an outstanding classroom practitioner, with a drive to improve the life chances of young people through education, the successful applicant: • Must be able to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils to succeed in ICT • Must be committed to improving the outcomes for all pupils • Will hold high expectations of themselves and pupils • Will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and improve practice in themselves and others • Will be up to date with relevant pedagogy and apply this to their teaching The successful applicant will be teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
