We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Salford. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a positive and inclusive school environment.
Working closely with class teachers, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create engaging learning experiences and encouraging every child to achieve their full potential. You will build positive relationships with pupils, promote confidence and independence, and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Requirements
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEND, ASC, ADHD, or SEMH needs
- Be patient, adaptable, and nurturing in their approach
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
