Are you an Early Career Teacher completing your PGCE or Primary Education degree this summer and ready to start your teaching journey in Salford from September 2026? We are seeking ambitious and adaptable graduates for opportunities within Nursery, Reception, Year 1 to Year 6, including short-term cover, ongoing placements and permanent pathways across a range of friendly local schools.
If you want to broaden your experience, explore different settings, or secure a consistent post for the new academic year, we can match you with vacancies that suit your goals. You will strengthen your teaching practice, gain exposure to varied classroom environments, enhance behaviour strategies, and deliver inspiring learning based on the English primary curriculum. You’ll also receive ongoing guidance from experienced consultants and school teams.
Requirements
- To be considered for the Early Career Teacher role, you should have QTS or be on track to achieve QTS this summer.
- A genuine enthusiasm for supporting pupils from Early Years through Year 6.
- Sound understanding of curriculum expectations within primary education.
- Confidence communicating clearly and taking responsibility for a class.
- Professional, dependable and adaptable approach.
- Ability to form strong working relationships with children and colleagues.
- Availability from September 2026 for flexible assignments or extended posts.
