In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students rebuild confidence, and re-engage with learning. You will play a vital part in improving attendance, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes. Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, you will see the real impact of your work every day. - A calm, positive, and resilient approach to managing challenging behaviour
- Strong empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships with vulnerable pupils
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties, or complex backgrounds
- Previous experience in education, youth work, mentoring, alternative provision, PRU, or pastoral support
- A strong belief in safeguarding and child protection
