About the role
Vision for Education are seeking experienced Sports Coaches to transfer into a classroom setting to work as Cover Supervisors in Bolton secondary schools.
We are actively seeking passionate individuals with the prospect of advancing to daily supply work or even securing longer fixed-term contracts that may lead to permanent roles.
As a PE Cover Supervisor, envision yourself at the forefront of education, leading classes and groups in the absence of the class teacher. You\’ll cover predominantly PE and a diverse range of secondary school subjects with lesson plans provided in advance, leaving you to shine in your role—facilitating learning, managing classroom dynamics, accurately recording registers, and seamlessly handing over to the absent teacher.

Requirements
To be considered for this role you will:
Have recent experience coaching or teaching Sport/PE
Have experience supporting young people in the community
Have GCSE Level 4/C in English and Maths
Have, or be working towards a Degree (advantageous)

Salary
£100 to £120 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Recent coaching or teaching experience in sports with under 16s
