Psychology Graduate (full-time, temporary)

Salford

£444 – £475 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

Start date: January 2026

The School and Role

We require a Psychology Graduate with experience of working with children to work in a specialist school in Salford supporting pupils with special educational needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs. The Psychology Graduate would work in the capacity of a Teaching Assistant, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. You will build positive relationships with pupils, and devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, helping them to get the most out of their education.

Requirements

  • Have a warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils
  • Either have completed, or be working towards a qualification in Psychology
  • Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning
