Trainee Cover Supervisor in Secondary Schools in Cheshire & Cheshire East

£500 - £600 per week (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Kick-start your career in education. Are you a graduate or someone with experience working with young people looking to gain classroom experience? Vision for Education is recruiting Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Cheshire. No previous school experience is required – we will provide the training you need to succeed.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, take registers, and keep students engaged while their teacher is absent.

Full Training Provided

Before you start, you will complete our free Cover Supervisor Training Programme, including:

  • Behaviour Management Training
  • Safeguarding & Child Protection Training
  • A live training day at our Salford Quays office
  • Ongoing support from our experienced secondary team

We’re Looking For People Who:

  • Hold a degree (preferred) or equivalent qualifications
  • Have experience working with young people (such as coaching, tutoring, youth work or childcare)
  • Are confident, reliable and keen to work in education
  • Have (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS and have the Right to Work in the UK
