The School and Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Sleaford. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for an experienced Early Years teacher or a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin their career in a supportive and inclusive setting. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, play‑based learning that supports children's development across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Working alongside a dedicated team of colleagues and support staff, you will create a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom where every child feels confident, valued and excited to learn.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be an ECT or experienced EYFS Teacher
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
  • Deliver engaging, child‑centred learning experiences that inspire curiosity
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
