A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bolton is seeking a vibrant, bubbly Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their school from September 26 to July 27. This role is ideally suited to someone flexible and adaptable who can cover across the school as needed. The role is general classroom support but with the ability to assist pupils one-to-one as required.
You will work closely with individual pupils, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs, helping them to build confidence, stay engaged, and make progress both academically and emotionally. Your ability to form strong relationships and adapt your support style will be key to helping pupils thrive.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people within the classroom and school environment.
- Experience working with children with SEN in a nursery or educational setting.
- A good understanding of the National Curriculum or the subjects taught in school.
- A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Can-do attitude.
- Small group work experience.
