A welcoming primary school in Salford is seeking a Year 5 Primary Teacher to join their supportive team from April. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about helping children succeed academically while also supporting their mental health, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
You will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Year 5 curriculum. Just as importantly, you will provide strong pastoral support, building positive relationships with pupils and helping them develop resilience and a love of learning. Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS), ECTS are welcome to apply.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 and/or as a Year 5 Teacher.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Deliver high-quality teaching that meets the needs of Year 5 pupils.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment to promote students' wellbeing and pastoral care.
- Improve and nurture a love of reading by embedding reading for pleasure into the curriculum.
