This is a term-time only role with strong potential to become permanent following a successful qualifying period, alongside access to ongoing training and professional development. Requirements:
- Have previous experience supporting children or young people or vulnerable adults.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, learning disabilities, sensory impairments or complex needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with pupils, staff and families.
- Show emotional resilience and adaptability, remaining patient and positive in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment.
- Be reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive impact in a specialist education setting.
