The School and Role
Vision for Education are looking for enthusiastic and driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to work on both full and part-time bases across a range of schools in the Manchester area. At Vision, you can start your career as a primary teacher in a way that suits you! We can offer day-to-day, long-term and permanent roles, meaning your start as a teacher can be completely flexible to your circumstances. We work with numerous schools across the Manchester area, so we can help to find a school that suits you!
You can start straight after your Teacher training has finished if you\’re looking to get experience built up fresh off of your course or in September when the schools start up again whichever suits your career best.
We also are offering referral schemes for ECT\’s so if you know of friends or other colleagues looking for a place to work then you can receive a £250 bonus for both yourself and the person you refer. Alongside this we have a lot of CPD courses you can take to enhance your training and learning and really enhance your teaching ability!
Requirements
The desired Early Career Teacher will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children.
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
- An ability to work as part of a team.
- An eagerness to enhance your teaching and learning.
