We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in the M14 area of Manchester. This long-term role runs from January until the end of the academic year, making it a great opportunity to really get to know the pupils and become part of the school community.

You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team to support KS2 pupils in their learning, confidence, and day-to-day school life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping the class teacher deliver fun, engaging lessons tailored to KS2 learners
  • Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups to ensure everyone can access the curriculum
  • Encouraging pupils’ social skills, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, or a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 TA)
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
