As an SEMH Teacher, you will deliver the National Curriculum through an adapted and flexible approach, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs. Requirements
- Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Have experience working with pupils with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour or additional learning barriers
- Evidence a strong understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health and differentiated teaching approaches
- Demonstrate strong classroom management, communication and relationship-building skills
- Communicate effectively with pupils, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Show a commitment to inclusive, pupil-centred education and equal opportunities
