Vision for Education are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary school settings. As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. You’ll support students with their work, manage behaviour effectively, complete registers, and provide clear handover information to teaching staff.

Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)
- Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools
- Be confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to supporting young people’s learning and development
- Be able to provide suitable references, hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
