The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to teach students who are unable to access mainstream education. The desired SEND tutor will teach Maths and English (at various levels) to support academic and personal development, 1:1 learning and a tailored approach to teaching. The aim of this role is to build knowledge and confidence so that learners can grow. Sessions may take place online, in schools, local communities or in student homes. This is an inspiring role, perfect for those who want to support young people and feel rewarded every day.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver Maths and English sessions
- Experience of working with young people with SEND, SEMH and trauma
- Teaching qualifications/experience
- Monitor progress and provide weekly reports
