Vision for Education is looking for an enthusiastic Year 2 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, from October 2026 until March 2027.

The role
As the Year 2 Class Teacher, you'll take responsibility for an enthusiastic class of learners, delivering engaging lessons that build confidence, spark curiosity and help every child make progress.
Working alongside a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants, you'll bring energy and creativity to the classroom while maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assessing pupil progress and using feedback to move learning forward
- Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Working closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support pupils of all abilities
- Building positive relationships with parents and the wider school community
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
- Have confident and positive classroom management skills
- Are enthusiastic, organised and passionate about delivering high-quality teaching
- Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to wider school life

Pay
£140-£232 per day, depending on experience, training and qualifications.
