WE'RE HIRING - SEND TEACHING ASSISTANT (SEND TA)
Location: Essex
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for caring, patient and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND

Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks

Support children with communication, social, emotional and behavioural needs

Encourage independence, confidence and positive learning experiences

Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and other support staff

Help create a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people is desirable

A patient, caring and understanding approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
