You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the absence of their regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range
  • Follow school policies and maintain effective classroom management
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
  • Assess pupil understanding and provide feedback where required
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil achievement

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A flexible and professional approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
