Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the absence of their regular class teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary age range
- Follow school policies and maintain effective classroom management
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
- Assess pupil understanding and provide feedback where required
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil achievement
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A flexible and professional approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
