The Role
- Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Assist students with learning tasks, ensuring understanding and engagement
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
- Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment
- Prepare learning resources and assist with lesson planning
- Support exam preparation, assessments, and student progress tracking
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff

Requirements
- Experience supporting students in a classroom or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
