About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom when the teacher is absent, ensuring learning continues throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising classes of approximately 25-30 secondary pupils
Delivering pre‑planned lessons (no subject specialism required)
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Taking registers and following school policies
Providing feedback to teaching staff
