About the role

No previous classroom experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
- Ensure students stay engaged and on task throughout lessons
- Support students' learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
