Salary: Grade 3 SCP 3-6 (£24,796-£25,989) Pro Rata + ALN Allowance
Hours: 32.5 Hours per Week (Term Time Only - 39 Weeks)

A vibrant and forward-thinking special school in the Pentre & Tonypandy area is seeking to appoint a number of dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative Teaching Assistants to join the team at an exciting stage in the school's development.
The school prides itself on its warm and nurturing culture, supporting pupils to successfully develop their social skills and independence. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, supporting day-to-day classroom activities, promoting inclusion and acceptance, and encouraging pupils to develop confidence and independence in their learning.

The school caters for pupils aged 3-19 with a range of Additional Learning Needs, including:
- Speech, communication and language difficulties
- Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Severe learning difficulties
- Physical and medical needs
- Profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)
