Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive independent school to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity in York.

You will support pupils with SEND and help them access learning, building confidence and independence.

You will work with teachers to tailor support, monitor progress, and contribute to an inclusive, safe learning environment.
