Vision for Education are looking to register Teaching Assistants who could work with children with a variety of Additional Learning Needs such as Autistic Spectrum conditions, ADHD and Speech and Language difficulties. This role requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Additional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. We work with primary schools throughout Pembrokeshire but if you can travel to the Pembroke Dock area this would be an advantage.

Requirements

The desired ALN Teaching Assistant will have;

  • Experience of working children and young people, especially within the primary age range
  • Experience of working with pupils with Autism
  • A passion for the progress pupils with Additional Learning Needs
  • An ability to work as part of a team
