The Role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable
STEM Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools in Birmingham.
We are looking for passionate teachers with experience across
Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics , or teachers with a strong background in one or more STEM subjects.
Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility or an
Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we have a range of opportunities available.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons, following school schemes of work, managing classroom behaviour and supporting students to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence across STEM subjects.
The School
Vision for Education works with a wide range of secondary schools across Birmingham, including academies, maintained schools and multi‑academy trusts.

Requirements
The successful STEM Teachers will have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A recognised PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK secondary school.
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more STEM subjects.
- The ability to deliver engaging lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- A genuine commitment to supporting students and their learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
