The School and the Role
Are you passionate about supporting students and creating a positive classroom experience? Vision for Education is looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Classroom Supervisor to work within secondary schools across Stroud. This role provides an exciting opportunity to step into a classroom-based position where you will support learning, maintain behaviour expectations and ensure continuity of education in the absence of the regular teacher. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will oversee classes using prepared lesson resources, encourage students to complete their work and provide support where needed. You will play a key role in helping students stay focused, motivated and engaged throughout the lesson. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with teenagers and are looking for a flexible route into teaching, education support or school-based roles.
Requirements
