Vision for Education is seeking experienced Sports Coaches to transfer into mainstream education delivering practical and classroom work as a Cover Supervisor in Blackpool secondary schools.
The Role:
- We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach on behalf of secondary schools based in and around the Blackpool area.
- The Sports Coach role would start immediately with the possibility of ad-hoc/flexible, short and long-term contracts.
- The desired Sports Coach will have a passion for the subject and will be responsible for delivering PE and general cover lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- The successful Sports Coach will have high expectations of behaviour and attainment and will have the ability to build positive relationships with others.
- This role will also help to transfer your skills to the classroom to assist with general cover throughout the school.
- Training and support will be provided in this area.

Qualifications:
- Recent experience coaching or teaching Sport/PE.
- Be committed and keen to become a strong and supportive team member.
- Have experience of 5 days or more of working with children.
- Recent coaching or teaching experience in sports with under 16s.
