A Primary School based in Spennymoor is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and reach their full potential.
This role will be within class, with children from EYFS - Year 2.
The school is seeking a nurturing, patient, and proactive individual with previous SEND experience.
This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
Requirements
- Experience of working across EYFS - KS1.
- Experience of supporting children with SEND.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A calm and approachable manner.
