Vision for Education are recruiting for Teachers based in the Shrewsbury area with Primary experience to cover PPA time in primary schools across the area from the beginning of the new academic year.
The role
This role includes the following:
- Working full and half days to help support staff members.
- Covering across all age groups in a primary school setting.
- This role is flexible in the hours and days applicants are looking for.
- To start from September 2026 and is an ongoing role throughout the academic year.

This role will be located across a number of welcoming primary schools in Shrewsbury, all part of the same multi-academy trust. The schools provide supportive and inclusive environments, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality learning and ensuring pupils receive a positive educational experience.
Requirements
To be considered for the PPA Teacher position, you will:
- Be confident in your teaching ability across all primary age ranges.
- Have strong communication skills with other staff members when giving feedback on lessons covered.
- Be able to commute to a number of schools across the Shrewsbury area.
- Need relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment; this is a compulsory part of registration.
- Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the Update Service.
- Be able to provide relevant references from the last 2 years.
