SEND Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming schools in Southend.

What will you be doing?

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll be an important part of a pupil's school experience. You'll:

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
  • Help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
  • Support children with a range of SEND needs.
  • Build confidence, independence and positive relationships.
  • Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
