Vision for Education is seeking compassionate, patient, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in welcoming schools across Benfleet. The Role
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Work one-to-one and with small groups to help pupils achieve their full potential.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Adapt learning resources and activities to meet individual needs.
